§ 04
Employment
Contracts, policies, restructuring and disputes, for employers and for senior employees.
Most employment problems are easier to solve early. We help employers write contracts and policies that prevent disputes, and we help both employers and senior employees settle the ones that arise.
For international teams we advise on staff posted abroad, remote workers in other countries and the rules that follow them.
What we take on
- Employment contracts and handbooks
- Senior hires and exits
- Settlement agreements
- Restructuring and redundancy
- Workplace investigations
- Staff posted abroad

Questions clients ask
Do you act for employees as well as employers?
We act for employers and for senior employees, but never for both sides of the same matter.
Is there a deadline for bringing a claim?
Usually, and it can be short. Call us as soon as you can; the first call tells you which deadline applies.
