Moving to another country is rarely only a legal question. It decides where your children go to school, when you can start a job and whether your partner can join you. We look at the whole move, not only the form.

We advise individuals and families on every stage of a stay, from the first visa to citizenship, and we advise employers who bring people in from abroad: sponsor licences, right-to-work checks and the duties that come with them.

Who we work with

People relocating for work or family, students staying on after their degree, and companies of every size that hire from abroad. Many of our clients write to us in their own language first; we answer in it.

What we take on

  • Skilled worker and intra-company visas
  • Family and partner visas
  • Settlement and long-term residence
  • Citizenship applications
  • Sponsor licences for employers
  • Refusals, reviews and appeals

How the work runs

  1. Eligibility check

One call to see which routes are open to you, what each one needs and how long it usually takes.

  2. Document list

A written list of every document, in the order you will need them, with notes on translations and certified copies.

  3. Application

We draft the forms and the covering letter, check every page against the rules and file the application with you.

  4. After the decision

We explain the decision letter, the conditions of your status and the dates to remember for renewal.

How it is charged

Fixed fee

One fixed fee per application, quoted in writing before we start. Government fees are paid by you directly.

Questions clients ask

Can you tell me my chances before I apply?

We can tell you which requirements you clearly meet, which ones need evidence and where the risks are. No honest adviser can promise a decision.

Do my documents need to be translated?

Documents not in the official language usually need a certified translation. We tell you which ones, and can arrange it.

Can we meet in my language?

Yes. Consultations are held in any of the languages our team speaks; the application itself is filed in the official language.
